We are looking for a Product Owner Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to play a key role in an international ERP transformation programme.
In this position, you will operate at the intersection of business, finance and IT. You will act as the owner and ambassador of the Dynamics platform, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable solutions that support organisational goals across multiple international entities.

The organisation is currently implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to replace several legacy finance systems across multiple countries. Working closely with business stakeholders, key users and implementation partners, you will help shape the future ERP landscape and drive successful adoption throughout the organisation.

Following the implementation, you will take ownership of the platform roadmap, system optimisation, user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a highly visible role where stakeholder management, process improvement and product ownership are just as important as system knowledge.

What You'll Do
Product Ownership & Stakeholder Management

  • Own and manage the Dynamics 365 F&O product roadmap
  • Gather, prioritise and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and implementation partners
  • Align business objectives with system capabilities and future developments
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders across multiple countries and departments

ERP Implementation & Optimisation

  • Support the implementation and rollout of Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Define and validate business processes, workflows and system configurations
  • Support data migration activities and ensure data quality standards are maintained
  • Participate in testing activities, user acceptance testing and deployment planning
  • Drive process improvements and system optimisation initiatives
  • Support integrations with external business systems

User Adoption & Continuous Improvement

  • Train and support key users and business stakeholders
  • Create and maintain functional documentation and training materials
  • Manage system updates, enhancements and configuration changes
  • Promote best practices and encourage effective use of the platform
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality and user experience

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Finance, IT or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Navision
  • Experience with ERP implementations, digital transformation programmes or system optimisation projects
  • Strong understanding of finance-related business processes
  • Experience working with workflows, authorisations, reporting and business process design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into functional solutions
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • International project experience
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies
