Your Role
As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will design and maintain robust data infrastructures that transform complex raw data into reliable insights. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT colleagues to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and meaningful across the organization.
Rather than working purely behind the scenes, you will actively engage with operational teams to understand their challenges and translate them into practical, high-impact data solutions. You will contribute to architectural decisions and help guide the strategic evolution of the data platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and/or Microsoft Fabric
- Integrate and transform data from diverse structured and unstructured sources
- Develop reliable data models and architectures to ensure performance and stability
- Implement best practices in data security, governance, and compliance
- Establish monitoring and performance tracking solutions for the data platform
- Convert business requirements into technical data solutions and reporting structures
- Document processes, standards, and architectural decisions
- Share knowledge within the team and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support the implementation of agentic AI solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
- Actively contribute to strengthening the organization’s data culture
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data-focused role
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and SQL-based transformations
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and workflow automation
- Experience with Python or PySpark alongside SQL
- Knowledge of data governance, access management, and security standards
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and/or BI tools such as Power BI is advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to grow as a data professional
